Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to track leads throughout their lifecycle, from inception to closing.
- Analyze and articulate the cost per closing and return on investment for marketing expenditures.
- Manage data and reporting to support strategic marketing decisions.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for digital campaigns, signage, staging, and more.
- Assist in content editing and management to maintain brand alignment.
- Support digital marketing efforts, including Google and Meta ad campaigns.
- Enhance our social media presence to boost engagement and awareness.
- Oversee project timelines, tasks, and performance metrics.
- Contribute to event planning and manage logistics effectively.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate sales or marketing, ideally within real estate or new home construction.
- Strong grasp of lead generation, CRM management, and customer engagement processes.
- Experience with social media platforms and content creation for real estate audiences.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in HubSpot or a similar CRM software (preferred).
- Ability to attend weekend events as needed.
- Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the Denver Metro Area.
