Part-Time Sales Agent (Broker Associate) — New Construction Homes

About the Role
As a Part-Time Sales Agent (Broker Associate), you will represent Markel Homes onsite at model homes/sales offices, deliver excellent customer experience, manage the sales process, and support marketing efforts for a new construction community.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect proactively with buyers throughout construction; manage documentation (change orders, selections, etc.); facilitate communication with builder & purchasing team.
- Manage sales process from initial greeting to closing.
- Maintain traffic, guest registrations, CRM/customer records; report weekly activity to Markel Homes.
- Assist with marketing materials, website/listing updates (IRES)
- Coordinate and host weekly open houses; engage local agents and brokerages.
- Attend weekly sales meetings; provide weekly activity summaries and objectives.
Qualifications
- Active real estate license in good standing; MLS account (IRES)
- Member of National and local Association of REALTORS®
- Proven new home sales or residential experience; excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work weekends; flexible hours for scheduled appointments with prospective Buyers
- Strong organization skills; proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools.
